Decription:

Support to the Port Authority of the Port of Tarragona in its definition process, and acceleration of the Social Sustainability Plan based on the needs and initiatives identified in the 2020/30 Sustainability Plan. 

We develop a RoadMap process that analyzes the current state of the 2020/30 Sustainability Plan in terms of Social Sustainability, defines the current shortcomings and points for improvement, and generates an action plan in the form of projects to be developed in a line adequate time depending on the cost, and the impact generated, that allow the achievement of the 2030 objectives.

Objectives:

• Analysis of the current state of the Social Sustainability Plan and identification of the internal and external factors that can contribute to maximizing the success of the proposals to be developed.

• Identification and definition of project implementation initiatives aligned with the CSR and social sustainability strategy of the Port of Tarragona

• Definition of the acceleration process of the Social Sustainability Plan

• Feasibility analysis of the proposal chosen from all those identified in previous phases of the project.
