Description: TEAM BUILDING: MUSIC as a transformation tool. Carrying out teambuildings with corporate volunteering with the Eurofirms Foundation with workers and people with different abilities.
Objectives:
- Generation of spaces for listening to organized and shared music for people with disabilities and workers.
- Access to leisure places for people with disabilities.
- Improve the capacity of the group of participants to recognize their agency capacity and to question the established order.
- Exchange of opinions and creation of a bond between people with different abilities.
Activities:
- 40-minute session where an artist invites us to listen and contextualize the songs that have marked his career
- 30-minute workshop where the different groups choose the 2/3 songs they will share with the rest of the audience
- Public exhibition of the songs of each group
