Purposes of Data Processing

• The personal data of the user of this Website will be processed for the following purposes:
  Respond to information requests and/or inquiries made by the User. The data processed for this purpose will be kept until the information request and/or inquiry has been answered and, thereafter, for the legally stipulated retention and prescription periods. The legal basis for the processing is the User’s consent.
• Keep the User informed, including electronically, about the services, products, and news of Return Bcn. The data processed for this purpose will be kept until the User withdraws their consent for receiving such communications and, thereafter, for the legally stipulated retention and prescription periods. The legal basis for the processing is the User’s consent.

The personal data of the data subjects processed by Return Bcn will be processed for the following purposes:

• Enable the maintenance, development, and management of the business relationship formalized through the subscription of proposals or binding contracts. The data processed for this purpose will be kept as long as said business relationship is maintained and, once it is finished, for the legally stipulated retention and prescription periods. The legal basis for the processing is: a) in relation to the Client, the execution of this agreement; b) in relation to contact persons, the legitimate interest of Return Bcn in contacting the Client through them.
• To carry out the correct provision of the service in accordance with the execution of the signed contract and the invoicing of the amounts due. The data processed for this purpose will be kept as long as said business relationship is maintained and, once it is finished, for the legally stipulated retention and prescription periods. The legal basis for the processing is the execution of the signed agreement.
• To keep the data subject informed about the products, services, and news of Return Bcn requested in the contracting of the services. The data processed for this purpose will be kept until the data subject withdraws their consent for receiving such communications and, thereafter, for the legally stipulated retention and prescription periods. The legal basis for the processing is the data subject’s consent.
• To respond to information requests and/or inquiries made by the data subject. The data processed for this purpose will be kept until the information request and/or inquiry has been answered and, thereafter, for the legally stipulated retention and prescription periods. The legal basis for the processing is the legitimate interest of Return Bcn in attending to the data subjects’ requests.
• To respond to job applications and allow interested parties to apply for a position. Resumes received will be deleted after 2 years from receipt. The legal basis for processing the data of the data subject is the legitimate interest of Return Bcn in responding to their job application.

Data Recipients

The data may be communicated to Public Administrations to comply with legal obligations, banking entities for the management of collections and payments, as well as to the following categories of processors: software providers (electronic communications, office automation, storage, and data management) and service providers (IT maintenance, advisory and legal representation). These processors are located in Member States of the European Union.

Rights of Data Subjects

The User can exercise their rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation of processing, data portability, and objection before Return Bcn. Likewise, in cases where the User’s data is processed based on their consent, the User has the right to withdraw such consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal. In any case, the User has the right to file a complaint with the relevant supervisory authority if they deem it appropriate.
