It has led initiatives like Socially Responsible Territory, the activation of working groups, and the promotion of a positive image of the Raval. Nevertheless, it now faces new challenges. On one hand, the complexity of its projects is increasing. On the other, there is a greater need to leverage advanced digital tools and management methodologies.

Objectives of Digital and Organizational Transformation

The project Diagnosis and Transformation Plan: Organization and Technology 4.0, led by RETURN, responds to this new reality. Its goal is to adapt the Tot Raval Foundation to the digital environment and strengthen its management. As a result, the FTR aims to consolidate itself as a more efficient, robust, and sustainable community platform.
